This is the pre-July 2023 model. The program does not start as soon as there are shoes on the holdersThe Shoefresh uses infrared sensors to detect if there are shoes on it. Some shoes let a lot of light through, so the Shoefresh does not start automatically. You can start the program manually by pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. Also, open shoes and shin guards are often not detected by the sensors. The program starts without shoes on the holdersYour Shoefresh is probably not working properly because the shoe holders are improperly installed. If the holders are too loose, the Shoefresh does not know when you are or are not putting shoes on them. &#xA0; Don&apos;t worry; this is easily remedied through the following steps.&#x27A1;&#xFE0F;Stap 1. Unplug and remove both shoe holders.&#xA0;&#x27A1;&#xFE0F;Stap 2. Plug the plug back in; after this, the program will start running.&#xA0;&#x27A1;&#xFE0F;Stap 3.
