What should I do in case of a defective product?

First check if you can fix the problem yourself, it is not necessary to return a product in all cases. You can do this via the troubleshooting page.


Please note: 

Warranty claims submitted via our repair portal for products outside the warranty period will not be automatically processed.

Always contact our customer service department first. We can only offer a suitable solution once your claim has been approved by us.

Claims submitted without prior approval will not be processed.




Returning a defective product

1. Always return the complete product and make sure it is well and securely packed so that it is not further damaged during transport.
2. Check if your product is still under warranty.
3. Through the Shoefresh Repair Portal you can register your return.
4. You will receive an email with the status of your return request, in the portal you will automatically receive your free QR code or shipping label.
5. Stick your return label on the box in which you are returning the product or use the QR code.
