What is the warranty on Shoefresh devices?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our electronic devices ordered after 1 July 2023.
If you bought a device before 1 July 2023, then unfortunately you only have a 1-year warranty.
- The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
- Exterior damage, damage from misuse, damage from an accident, damage from repairs or modifications made by unauthorized repairers, or devices that have been used for business purposes are not covered by the warranty.
How can I make a warranty claim?
Please use our repair portal, providing as detailed a description of your defect as possible. We will assist you further with the warranty claim procedure. Warranty claims for products outside the warranty period will not be processed without the approval of our customer service team.
My warranty has expired. Can I still make a warranty claim?
