Warranty conditions

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our electronic devices, calculated from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will repair or replace the device free of charge if it shows a defect that is covered by the warranty. 

Damage to the exterior, such as cracks, scratches, dents, broken parts, misuse, drops or moisture/water damage, is not covered by the warranty. The warranty only applies to defects caused by material or manufacturing faults.

Please note: If a warranty claim is approved and the device is repaired or replaced, the warranty period does not start again. The original warranty period from the date of purchase remains valid.
