Warranty conditions
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our electronic devices.
Within this warranty period, we will repair or replace the device free of charge if it has a defect that is covered by the warranty.
In the event of external damage, we always first check whether this is covered by the warranty conditions. Damage caused by transport is an exception to this. Other damage, such as cracks, scratches, dents, broken parts, misuse, falls, or moisture or water damage, will be assessed by us to determine whether it is covered by the warranty. The warranty applies exclusively to material and manufacturing defects.
Please note: If a warranty claim is approved and the device is repaired or replaced, the warranty period does not start again. The original warranty period from the date of purchase remains valid.
