You can return webshop orders within 90 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Your order is within our return period.
• Returning your order is free of charge.
• You may test the product at home just as you would in a physical store. Afterwards, please return the product in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
• For products that are returned damaged, dirty, or incomplete, we may apply a deduction for the loss in value.
• You will receive the (full) purchase amount back via the same payment method used for your purchase.
• After receiving your return, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.
• Keep your shipping receipt safe.
