Package remains on 'notified' after delivery date?

Does the status of your parcel remain on 'notified', even after the delivery date? Then there may be a delay on the part of the carrier, or the parcel may have been lost along the way. In this case, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Our team will immediately contact the carrier to find out the exact location and status of your package and help you further with an appropriate solution. We understand that this is unfortunate and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 


Package marked as 'delivered' but not received?

Is your tracking marked as ‘delivered’, but you have not received a package?

Often, the parcel is then delivered to one of your direct neighbours, and unfortunately the deliverer does not always leave a note. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

We advise you to check with your neighbours first to see if they have accepted the parcel. Did you do not find anything? Then send us an e-mail at [email protected]. Our team will immediately investigate where your order has gone or arrange a replacement shipment so you receive your order as soon as possible.
