Is active oxygen (ozone) safe?
The Shoefresh is CE approved and 100% safe. The amount of ozone used by the Shoefresh is very minimal and is well below the legal maximum. In addition, the ozone decays back to oxygen within minutes. So after cleaning, nothing is left behind in the shoe and in the room. The cleaning process is completely nature-friendly: no chemicals are added.
