Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed for another product. If you have made a mistake in the shipping information or you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service via the chat function or email. We will see if it is still possible to change this for you if the package has not has been shipped yet.
Can my discount code be processed after my order has been placed?
If you want a discount code to be processed after you have placed the order, you will be able to do so only within the 90-day trial period. To help you as quickly as possible, we need the discount code and your order number. Once we have received this information, we will check to see if we can apply the discount retrospectively. Please note that the discount only applies to orders placed through our webshop.
